TradieQuotr ("we", "us", "our") is a B2B2C white‑label quoting platform for trade businesses ("Tradie Organizations"). We help tradies generate fast, accurate quotes by collecting customer addresses, estimating roof area using third‑party services, and combining those measurements with a tradie’s own materials, rates, and business rules. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when operating our service (the "Service").
Who this policy applies to
- Tradie Organizations and users who configure and operate white‑label quoting sites using our platform.
- End customers who submit quote requests to a Tradie Organization’s site powered by TradieQuotr.

- Address information: street address, suburb/city, state/region, postcode, country; geocoded coordinates derived from the address using map services.

- Roof measurements: roof area (m²) and related derived attributes obtained via the Google Solar API and associated mapping/imagery services where available.

Processor role and data ownership
For the data of end customers captured through a Tradie Organization’s white‑label site, we generally act as a data processor/service provider on behalf of that Tradie Organization, which is the data controller/business.
